Khao Yai Thailand Land for Sale

Khao Yai Thailand Land for Sale

Given that much of Khao Yai is designated forest land and protected, finding land that is available for development is not always a straightforward task in one of Thailand’s most beautiful regions. The fact that Khao Yai National Park is a UNESCO World Heritage Site speaks volumes to its beauty and with lots to see and do, tourists and second-home owners flock here for some quality time away from the city.

Khao Yai Thailand land for sale may not be offered in abundance, but with the right specialist help it is possible to find a plot that is ready for development. You may want to invest in land to pass down to future generations, with the aim to develop this at some point in the future. Alternatively, you may be ready to create your dream property, whether that is a unique villa in its own grounds, a condominium for the holiday-property and buy-to-holiday-let markets or even a resort for tourists.

Aside from residential units, Khao Yai is home to some incredible attractions too and land could be developed for a multitude of business purposes relating to tourism. Relative to urban spaces in the middle of Bangkok, Khao Yai is certainly more appealing price-wise, and offers quite different development opportunities. Khao Yai has grown-up to entice visitors beyond its natural charms, with an extraordinary array of top-of-the-range golf clubs and courses, theme parks, a zoo, museums and a chocolate factory. There are also many activity centres and attractions too from farms and beautiful fields of flowers in bloom to vineyards and night safaris.

From Bangkok, Khao Yai is easily reached with two routes available taking visitors straight to the headquarters of the national park. A new bridge that links Pak Chong in Nakhon Ratchasima to Saraburi has created a shortcut, whilst a new motorway is also underway. The Bang Pa-In-Nakhon Ratchasima Intercity Motorway is set to be close to 200 kilometers long, linking Ayutthaya in the West to Khao Yai. The Bang Pa-In-Korat section is expected to be operational toward the end of 2020.

The more Khao Yai is linked-up the greater the number of visitors and frequency, especially given that this is a destination that has year-round appeal. With land at a premium, the time is now for investors to make a move, before prices rise. With property projects under development, more individuals are investing in villas and condos, giving rise to fresh potential for landowners as well.
