The Bang Pa-In-Nakhon Ratchasima Intercity Motorway is set to be close to 200 kilometers long, linking Ayutthaya in the West to Khao Yai. The Bang Pa-In-Korat section is expected to be operational toward the end of 2020.
The more Khao Yai is linked-up the greater the number of visitors and frequency, especially given that this is a destination that has year-round appeal. With land at a premium, the time is now for investors to make a move, before prices rise. With property projects under development, more individuals are investing in villas and condos, giving rise to fresh potential for landowners as well.
